Installing the Inspection App

Install the Inspection App, listed as Ex-Online 7 in app stores, on the device you use for inspections. The app is free to download and lets you complete check sheets offline.

Open App Store

If a store link does not open, search for Ex-Online 7 in your device’s app store.

A camera is useful for inspection photos. Keep enough storage space for work packs and photos.

Once the app is installed, download an IWP in Tag Browser and transfer it to the app by QR code or file.

Offline Use

After loading an Inspection Work Pack, you can complete inspections offline. You need internet to upload the results to Tag Browser.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Solution
Can’t find the app in the store	Search for “Ex-Online 7” — that’s the listing name on all platforms. If search doesn’t work, use the direct links above
App won’t install	Check the minimum version shown for your device above
IWP won’t load	Check that the file has the .iwp extension and isn’t 0 KB. If it still won’t load, download it again from the Tag Browser
No camera option	Check that the app has camera permissions in your device settings
